This last week

It has been really powerful i feel guilty i dont have much to share, but i will share this at is i love all you guys and i hope that you get all the help you need emotionly and mentaly and physicaly i feel sorry for anyone who doesnt exprince a class as great as this one

Quitting-ish....

IM still not all the way pass my addiction, but i can atleast say im not Butt-fucking(its a term use to describe lighting one cigarette with the remains of the last on) anymore. im trying so hard to quit ive caught back i can honestly say ive only had 2 cigarettes this month (and a half) Wooot but man my head is killing me and some times i feel like vomiting but still i can do this!
