Fuck.. I really need to quit

Im not going to lie i really do need to stop smoking i hella binged tonight and i bet before i go to bed im going to smoke another cigarette i swear i dont want i just have to.. im hooked... i think its all the bs dealing with my ex... i hate it soo much i unless hate going the day with out at least one cigarette i need help from some one anyone just show you care just show something good. ive had nothing but stress for the past couple of weeks i need some good news if you do this for me ill love you forever well im off to kill my self some more.....
